Mezzanine finance acts as a secondary charge and sits behind the senior loan normally at a maximum level of up to 95% Loan To Project Cost (LTC). Given the minimal in put from the borrower, mezzanine can be a useful tool to stretch an equal amount of company equity across further projects. This loan to cost is calculated based on total project costs. Our UK providers range from large and medium size property focused funds to discretionary funds and private banks.
