our process

1. Credit Application

Details of your funding requirements are reviewed and discussed in full with an advisor.

2. Credit Approval

Once the valuation has been reviewed, the lawyers will proceed to the legal due diligence. The legal work can be instructed at an earlier stage on request.

3. Decision

Once the application has been submitted and accepted by a suitable lender you will then receive a decision in principle outlining the terms of the facility.

4. Valuation

Following approval of your application a valuation will be undertaken to ensure the property or site is at an acceptable state and value.

5. Legals

Once the valuation has been reviewed, the lawyers will proceed to the legal due diligence. The legal work can be instructed at an earlier stage on request.

6. Completion

Once the legal underwriting is complete and signed off, the funds will then be transferred to the acting solicitor.
