Our Process

Details of your funding requirements will be reviewed and discussed with one of our advisors. Once a funding strategy has been agreed we shall source the most competitive finance through our lending partners. Following this process, Claydon Hill will submit an application or AIP (Agreement in principle).

Once the application has been submitted and accepted by a suitable lender you will then receive a decision in principle outlining the terms of the facility.

Once the initial credit approval has been signed off, the valuation will take place to ensure the property or site is at an acceptable state and value.

Once the valuation has been signed off by the credit team, the lawyers will proceed to the legal due diligence. The legal work can be instructed at an earlier stage on request.

Once the legal work is complete and signed off, the funds will then be transferred in due course.
