Claydon Hill completes on £1.8m Development bridge to refinance new builds in the Isle of White

Claydon Hill refinanced the properties through a market-leading bridging funder to give the developers more time to sell their units. The development was made up of 3 new builds in total with sea views and custom-designed interior.
