Agreed this purchased with planning for eight flats above commercial on an airspace consent in East London. Claydon Hill sourced Property development finance at 65% LTGDV. The client following the initial phase achieved planning for a second phase of four residential airspace units. Claydon Hill restructured the loan on behalf of the developer to take forward the remaining units.
