Buy-to-Let Application Process

1. Credit Application

We arrange bridging loans for both residential and commercial properties. This includes offices, warehouses, barns, retail units, hotels restaurants and leisure.

2. Credit Approval

Once the application has been submitted and accepted by a suitable lender you will then receive a decision in principle outlining the terms of the facility.

3. Valuation

Once the initial credit approval has been signed off, the valuation will take place to ensure the property or site is at an acceptable state and value.

4. Legals

Once the valuation has been signed off by the credit team, the lawyers will proceed to the legal due diligence. The legal work can be instructed at an earlier stage on request.

5. Completion

Once the legal work is complete and signed off, the funds will then be transferred in due course.
