24 unit housing site
A new build site just outside of Bristol city centre. The site was previously a commercial unit which was demolished to make way for a new housing site. The client had previously only used mainstream UK banks and found them restrictive. Claydon Hill secured funding from a UK based investment firm for quick timescales and high funding LTVs.
