our process

1. Funding Review

Details of your funding requirements are reviewed and discussed in full with an advisor.

2. Credit application

Once a funding strategy has been agreed. CHC shall source the most competitive finance through our lending partners and submit an application.

3. Decision

Once the application has been submitted and accepted by a suitable lender you will then receive a decision in principle outlining the terms of the facility.

4. Valuation

Once all parties are agreed on the outline terms detailed in the DIP. A valuation will be undertaken to ensure the property or site is an acceptable condition and value.

5. Legals

Once the valuation has been reviewed, the lawyers will proceed to the legal due diligence. The legal work can be instructed at an earlier stage on request.

6. Completion

Once all the legal underwriting is complete and signed off by the lender, funds will then be transferred to your acting solicitor for completion.
